Accord Property is a multifaceted company with extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of property development, management and investment.
Our team has an extensive track record in property development and has successfully delivered and executed a diverse range of projects including commercial office towers, high density residential, retail shops and shopping centres, specialised assets and industrial facilities.
At Accord Property we successfully plan and execute all of our projects with the highest possible outcome achieved.
We believe in an integrated approach to property development and investment and have internal management resources to provide successful end to end project outcomes. We take a holistic approach to all of our projects and look to minimise risk wherever possible.

Executive Team

Directors Lachy Hogarth, Jarrad Haynes, Joe Walker, Philip Riquier and Sam Morris make up the executive team of Accord Property.

Managing Director

Lachy has more than 10 years experience in the property development and valuation sectors and has held key roles in the development of commercial office, retail and high-density residential projects.

Lachy’s intimate and sophisticated knowledge of project management, development feasibility, construction and project structuring, allows him to manage projects from commencement through to completion. Coupled with this, is his ability to identify end-user requirements and areas to value add, assisting in the successful delivery of projects.

Lachy holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Grad Cert in Applied Finance, Cert IV (Building and Construction) and is a Certified Property Valuer (AAPI, CPV).


Jarrad is a property professional with over 10 years experience in the commercial leasing, valuation and construction industries. This broad range of experience has provided Jarrad with the skills to manage all aspects of the property development process, in particular the project management and delivery phases.

Jarrad's experience is focused mainly in the commercial sector, particularly in the education, medical and aged care industries.

Jarrad holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Diploma of Construction Management, Cert IV (Building and Construction) and is a Licensed Building Supervisor.


Joe has over 40 years experience in the property development and funds management sectors and has been involved in the development of commercial office, large format retail shopping centres, legal precincts, hotels, computing centres and industrial facilities.

In addition Joe has successfully created a funds management business which currently has in excess of $500 million of funds under management, of which he currently sits as a non-executive director.

Joe has extensive experience in all areas of property development and investment, which is referenced by his successful track record. Joe focuses on identifying opportunities for end-users, then structuring the deal through his extensive national networks, with the aim to integrate the project into the funds management sector of the business.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation), is an associate of the Australian Property Institute and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.


Philip is an experienced finance professional and company director. Philip previously worked as an Executive of Adelaide Bank Ltd and then also as an Executive of Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd where he held various senior roles over 23 years including: Chief General Manager Business Lending, Chief Credit Risk Officer (CCO), Head of Products, Head of Advisory Services and Head of Structured Finance.

During his career with the Bank, Philip played instrumental roles in the establishment of the Bank’s National Aged Care and Retirement Banking Division and the Banks Structured Finance Division which oversaw the established of over 30 different Funds for in excess of $AUD4.0Bn spanning a wide variety of fields including Medical, Insurance, Rural, Commercial Property, Aged Care and Retirement.

Philip has previously been a Director of the Risk Management Association of Australia and is currently a Non-Executive Director of LHI Retirement Services Inc. and the Conservation Council of South Australia.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Sam has over 5 years experience in the commercial property industry in addition to prior experience working in both private and public urban planning practices. Sam has had extensive experience in Commercial and Retail Leasing, Centre Management and Estate Management.

Sam’s experience includes employment with both funds management firm and further in both Asset Management and Retail Leasing through his time with Savills in which he lead the Adelaide retail leasing division.

Sam has managed a diverse range of retail properties and provides a strong tenant driven approach to management, leasing and administration with experience in reporting to institutional property trusts and private property owners.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Grad Cert in Business (Property) and Masters in Business (Property).
