Accord Property’s fund management arm specialises in wholesale investment funds focused on both commercial property development and long-term property ownership.

We currently have in excess of $150m in funds under management, spread across development and long-term property ownership investments.
Each investment is unique, we carefully consider the appropriate ownership and investment structure that is best suited to the asset.
We aim to achieve the highest result for our investors and will co-invest alongside them.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

LACHY HOGARTH, Managing Director
Lachy is an experienced property developer, fund manager and valuer. Prior to forming Accord Property, Lachy held numerous key roles in the development of major commercial office towers, retail and high-density residential projects. Lachy holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Grad Cert in Applied Finance, Cert IV (Building and Construction) and is a Certified Property Valuer (AAPI, CPV).
SAM MORRIS, Director
Sam is an experienced property developer with particular expertise in the retail and commercial sectors. Prior to joining Accord Property, Sam led Savills retail division in South Australia and has prior experience working in funds management and urban planning. Sam holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Grad Cert in Business (Property) and Masters in Business (Property).
JARRAD HAYNES, Director
Jarrad is an experienced property developer and construction professional with particular expertise in the commercial and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Accord Property, Jarrad ran national operations for the construction division of Programmed and has prior experience in valuation and retail and commercial leasing. Jarrad holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Diploma of Construction Management, Cert IV (Building and Construction) and is a Licensed Building Supervisor.
JOE WALKER, Director
Joe is an experienced property developer and fund manager, having over 40 years’ experience. Joe has been involved in the development of multiple commercial office towers, shopping centres, legal precincts, hotels, specialised assets and industrial facilities across Australia. Prior to forming Accord Property, Joe formed Harmony Corporation which he built up to have in excess of $250m of funds under management. Joe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation), is an associate of the Australian Property Institute and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
PHILIP RIQUIER, Director
Philip is an experienced finance professional and company director. Prior to joining Accord Property, Philip was a Group Executive of Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd where he was responsible for numerous divisions including, National Property Development Finance, Structured Finance, Aged Care and Retirement, Medical, Managed Funds, Credit Risk and also led several major mergers and acquisitions. Philip has previously been a Director of the Risk Management Association of Australia and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Credit Union SA, LHI Retirement Services Inc. and Lutheran Super Australia. Philip holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters in Business Administration and is a FCPA and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

PETER DE CURE, Director
Peter worked for 25 years with KPMG, (16 years as Partner). Peter is a highly experienced non-executive director, with strong technical skills in governance, finance, accounting, taxation, and practical business knowledge across many industries. Peter has advised boards and senior executives of listed companies, private companies and government business entities. Current other Board appointments include: Tax Practitioners Board of Australia, Australian-American Fulbright Commission, Gifford Hill Pty Ltd, Peter Cochrane Transport, Tim Adams Wines, Melba’s Chocolates and University of South Australia Finance Committee.
PHILIP RUNDLE, Director
Philip is a highly experienced and credentialed commercial property professional, having led CBRE Adelaide as Managing Director for over 10 years. Prior to CBRE, Philip held key roles at Urban Construct, Managing Director at Burgess Rawson (SA) and Director at Colliers Jardine. Philip also holds advisory board positions with Cancer Council of SA, Hutt St Foundation and Catholic Church in Adelaide.
